I live in a student building in Augsburg and have the internet provided by the owner. When vodafone berater Mr.Roberto Asta came to my apartment, I assumed owner has send him to check on internet. I don't speak german so i didn't understand why he took my details. then when i talked to my owner, she told me she didn't send him and he came from vodafone. Immediately, I called him and asked him to cancel the contract and my details. He told me when vodafone package will came then he will came to my apartment to take it back. I received the vodafone package from dhl and Mr.Asta came to take it back. I don't have the vodafone box with me. I have not received any emails or letter from vodafone. This is what happened, so i hope to get help with cancellation of contract.
On 18.12.2020, i received the bill from vodafone for december month which states amount of 74.37euros will be deducted today. I want the amount refunded as it is deducted from my bank account. I can provide further details like rechnungsnummer, vertrag nummer and kundennummer which is given in the bill.

your contract has been revoked. All fees charged from 12th of november 2020 will be refunded.

1)I decided to go back Japan for a new job in Japan. therefore I went to Vodafone shop located in Forchheim (Apothekenstraße 14, 91301 Forchheim) to cancel the internet contract on Jan 5th 2021.
2)Due to this exception, the reception asked me to provide offer letter (to prove the new job in Japan).
3)after providingy offer letter, they asked me to come back on the the week of Jan 11th because of my flight (17th Jan) with the internet router as well as 5 euro for posting.
4)on Jan 13th I went to the same shop. But they said, due to lockdown, they couldn't accept receiving the router, and asked me to send the router & cancelation letter to Am Tower 222, 90475 Nürnberg
5)I have posted this box at postbank
And I finally received your notification on Jan 15 th that you have received the router and cancelation letter
6)Therefore, I thought you have already cancel the contract and you shouldn't charge anything to me. But I still reveive 19.90 Euro every month.
7)that's why I tried again to cancel the contract via internet and I received termination letter from you
😎 but it indicates that the contract remains until July which I don't really understand.
Now, I'm asking you to cancel the contract as soon as possible . And I ask you to refund. Otherwise I'm going to sue you regarding the payment since February as this is not acceptable
