Cancel Sicherheitpaket

I have two contracts with Vodafone, one of cable internet and one mobile. For both, I presented in the Vodafor store a letter asking them to cancel the Sicherheitpaket, but they didn't cancel it and now it is being charged in my two contracts! I need to have them cancelled asap, and there is no buttom available online in MyVodafone (I searcher in every single page and even tried already the step-by-step shown in vodafone page).

Can someone help me out?

Thank you for the hint. I tried to contact via phone, but no support in English. The instructions via whatsapp were clear, I did the requested steps but it appears a message that 'No security package registered", so I can't even see the cancellation area. However I still have the costs being deducted in my both contracts (mobile and cable).

 

Can someone here from the support directly do the cancellation of both security packages, please?
