I have a ninternet connection. I would like to cancel the contract end of August. I have already sent the cancel notice to vodafone(written format). But no response yet. Please let me know the procedure to cancel without any extra fees.
note: I am moving to abroad in end of August.

My initial contract with Unitymedia from june 2019. Since then i am using internet. Now i am moving out from germany that is the reason i am trying to cancel the contract. I have sent a letter already to vodafone but no response yet. I need a confirmation that my contract will be terminated end of AUgust.

to terminate your contract, we need your deregistration certificate. The contract will then be terminated by us on the date noted there.

I want to cancel my contract on prioir notice. I dont know when will I de-register in Germany. BUt I am shifting to tempory accomadation. I am vacating my house in August. That is the reason I am informing before 3 months advance. Also, I have crossed my minium coontract duration.

I have just done some research for you. To be able to cancel your contract, we need either the deregistration certificate or your written notice (preferably by mail) including your new address and your move date.
We do not have any other option here.

I am moving to WG. I dont need the connection there. I am giving proper notice also.
I have already reached the minimum contract duration.
Please help me to cancel the contract.
