We just relocated to Stuttgart 1.5 month ago with my wife and tomorrow about to move to our new place. We applied for internet connection; we got the router.
Now my question would be; how I can know that when exactly the technician will come to connect modem? Or how long does it take? We do not speak German and I came this far by using google translate. In one of the many mails; it says " probably" on 13.06 and I guess it is just something like "hopefully'. So the question here is actually; what is the timeline behind this 'probably"? (Serious question) I mean a few days; weeks; months?
Cause we both work remote and using hotspot ruined us entirely financially and mentally, so this internet is quite urgent. Any advise to how to speed up?
