It depends what it is for...
If you were calling numbers outside of your flatrates, e.g. calls outside of Germany -or- calls from your landline to a mobile phone, these "additional services" will be billed on a "per use" base.
But it might also be services that you can cancel - feel free to upload a screenshot where you blacked out all of your personal details if you need more information.
