A year ago, a Vodafone Consultant named XXX showed up at my doorstep in Munich offering me a better Internet option than my current one.
Without mentioning anything, she made me sign a contract that also included Giga TV services which I don't need or use (the information was in German, which I barely understand).
Now, I am paying for a service I didn't want or use. I tried to call this person several times but she is not answering my calls or my emails. And Vodafone does not make responsible at all for these cases. I reached their customer services several times and they are not willing to help me out at all.
What is crazier, is that I am not the only person that this has happened to: https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/Internet-Telefon-TV-%C3%BCber-Kabel/False-Promises-Service-Not-Availabl...
Another customer denounced the same scam!! What is this, Vodafone? How are you allowing this things to happen and how is it possible that you don't offer any solution to it?

If you don't speak German, that's no excuse, because the contract and support language in Germany is German. Then you would unfortunately have had to get a translation or a translator at your own expense before signing the contract. You also received an order confirmation from Vodafone, which you could have objected to within 14 days and the entire contract would then have been reversed.
Now you are bound to the contract and you can only cancel it at the end of the term. Please note the notice period of 1 month at the end of the term.

I feel you, we were victim of the same scam by the same woman, along with several neighbors.
Now we're all paying double contracts and the extra Giga Tv service that nobody wanted.
It's really impacting our monthly finances and it's so disappointing to see how Vodafone targets immigrants to take advantage of them and lie about their offer.
