Hi , no internet from Monday and router shows DOCSIS offline and nothing helps by restarting rebooting etc. I ask help from Vodafone for someone to come, got the ticket 002-2203435/24 and termin but no one showed up so I reopen this ticket again but i think again it will be the same. So how to resolve this problem?
