Hello Vodafone!
Techniker has come today's morning, has done something (don't know exactly what), but he didn't install the modem. He said something like "ok, now it's done" and went out. So, we tried to install modem by ourselves, but it's still not working. Why didn't Techniker install the modem? And what should we don now?

I'm waiting my internet connection since 1st of November. I regret that I've chosen Vodafone as my internet provider. How can I cancel this contract with you? I will better connect to the other provider.
