Last year in May after the advice of a vodafone sales rep. She suggested that I try the TV package.
I went ahead and in what I believed to be a trial run so that I could gauge the experience. I was to receive a gigaTV receiver.
To date I haven't received the GigaTV receiver. I try calling everyone only wants to speak german so we can't understand each other.
I tried to cancel the contract and am now being told have to wait till the two year lapse runs. Every month I receive a bill of 34.99 for services not rendered.
Any ideas on how to go about this or should I just get lawyers into it?
