Vodafone sent me a gigacube and DHL left the package with a neighbor (unauthorized) so it took me a month to locate the package as I could not locate where the neighbor lived. Since receiving it I have no need for the gigacube since I had my cabel internet setup. I canceled my contract, and would like an address to return the equipment before I am charged more andwould like to have a refund initiated. I have yet to receive any email or post confirmation - but I did receive a text confirmation.
What would be the next steps? There has been ALOT of difficulty in finding an english representative to help me.

With the satisfaction guarantee, you have 30 days to return it to us.
Did you conclude your contract in one of our stores? Then please return the GigaCube there.
Did you conclude the contract online? Then send the GigaCube with the return slip and a letter of cancellation to:

Select as reason for return: 27, return revocation
You will receive a written confirmation from us.
This is important for you:
- You have 30 days from signing the contract to return the GigaCube.
- You will get your money back for the GigaCube.
- We will charge you for the period of use on a pro-rata basis.
- We do not refund the flat shipping fee and the connection fee.
