Hi,
I used to have a Cable subscription until July last year and since I moved from Berlin to Munich last year, I changed it to a Gigacube 5G.
Now, in my account I just see the old Cabel contract (which is cancelled) and I don't have access to my contracts and billings for the Gigacube. However, my Gigacube works, and I'm paying for the subcription every month.
Unfortunately I could not find the support email address, so I ask here if anyone can help me with that.
