Slow internet

Hello everyone I have a contract with unlimited internet.. but I don't have speed when a make a speed test it s show 700 kB/s download.. zero upload the ping is good 27.... It's behaving like my data plan is gone ... Please help ..

in which zip code do you use the Internet? Perhaps there is a fault there.

85053 but I work as truck driver and I go all around Bayern ...  Sometimes it's working ok for 2 3 hours and then I got the limit again.. this happens day and night. Please help me . All my bills are paid
