I have a problem here.
I signed the contract with the Vodafone sales agent on 22.May 2024.
I wanted to have only GigaZuhause 100 Kabel internet included in contract .
No TV, nothing.
Then, I received the package with the stuff and the agent came to connect the router. But there was something else in the box, some more gadgets. He took the remaining stuff with him.
And he also took the piece of the contract, pages 2 and 3 where the pricing and services were described.
When I created my account at MeinVodafone, I saw the all contract pages and I saw that services that I didn't want were included:
TV-Auftrag with Vodafone TV Connect Start, GigaTV Cable, Vodafone Premium Cable.
I repeat, I didn't sign anything related to TV services.
I called him and he said that someone made a mistake while creating the contract and the TV service will be deleted from my contract. But nothing happened for days, and now he's unavailable.
Today is my last day of the first 14 days trial and I will cancel the contract, because I don't have many choices.
I will send back the router, but I don't have the other stuff for TV because this guy took it with him.
What should I do in this case?
