Cancellation of Contract

Hello !

I have a mobile contract with Vodafone. Also my partner number included in the contract.

 

Last July 2021 my contract expired. I already asked for cancellation of my contract. Then one of the employees called me and gave me a new offer. The offer was for my main card and for my partner card. I requested him to make the contract within my reach and he offered me an affordable price. I told him several times I cannot speak German. Please tell me in English. He said everything was a lie. He explained me one thing and during the contract confirmation he told me I just need to say "Yes". But he cheated on me. I also requested him to send me a copy of my new contract through e-mail or by post. But he never send me the new contract details. 

 

I called customer care several times. They said that they would confirm me about the problem; but no response. They just passed the time so that my cancellation time frame for the new contract is passed. 

 

I cannot pay high price for the contract. I want my contract cancelled. Otherwise I must stop my payment for the contract.

 

Please, provide me with helpful information and guidance. Not the thing saying, "it is too early......". I want the contract cancellation immeditately.
