I have a cabel internet connection at home. It wasn't working two weeks back and I complained the customer care about it over a phone call. They said they have an issue in my area and they would send me a GigaCube device for free to use until my internet works again. But before even the device reached me, my internet was working again. So I sent the GigaCube back in 2 days without even opening the box. But now you have charged me 54 Euros for this.
Why was 54 euros charged when the support person said this is a temporary solution till my internet works again?
I need the refund. If I call the customer care now nobody bothers to help me with it. This is pathetic service. I need a resolution by refunding my money back to me.
