My daughter ordered a new SIM/contract using the GigaKombi offer as we have DSL at home: Now Vodafone are charging the full rate and not the offer rate and the customer service has been unable to sort this out.
All I am looking for is to have the contact added under my DSL and have the billing done correctly. So far charges have been applied that are not valid such as the connection fee which is waived when using Gigakombi. After hours of call and being pushed to various and in one case one very rude CS agent I am now looking here for a solution.
