First: you are in a customer-to-customer forum - no individual support is available here. How did you figure out that your old router can‘t provide the guaranteed speed of your contract? Btw, only the speed via cable is part of the contract - WiFi speeds are not guaranteed. Vodafone automatically provides the required hardware, so I would be surprised if they gave you a router that can‘t deliver the speed of the contract.
