Since the past week, my Vodafone router had stopped working, showing a red light on it for "internet". I have tried restarting the box, unplugging it and plugging it back in, and it has still not solved the issue.
I have since moved to a new address, and it is still not working, and I would like to have a technician inspect it. However where I live there is no Vodafone store, and the hotline did not offer support in English, and told me to seek help on the website.
How can I solve this problem?

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
