Hi,
A few days ago, I changed my contract from Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable to Eazy 40.
With this new contract, I keep using the same modem that vodafone provided me, which is CGA4233DE.
This new contract, however, comes with 5g wifi but I can't access to the modem configuration.
I think this is because I've activated the bridge-mode when I was using Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable. This was to use my own wifi router and VPN.
Now, when I go to the interent setting page, it gives me the following error:

welcome to our community, can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?
Then please let me know in the post when you have sent me the data.

I wonder why you did not receive a new router from eazy

In the contract, it says I'll still be using the same modem.
I don't know why they do it this way, but it saved me some chores because I don't have to ship it back to vodafone.
On my vodafone account page, it also states that my current contract is eazy 40.
It seems to me eazy.de is just another product line in vodafone.

I already contacted eazy.de and turned off the bridge mode.
