I ordered Cable service through on 17th November 2023

Unfortunately, I have not received any information about the shipment of the router that is essential for the installation. I have checked my emails, including spam and junk folders, but I couldn't find any confirmation or tracking details.

Given the urgency of the situation, could you please provide me with information regarding the status of the contract and the router shipment?
