I requested a new DSL connection through Vodafone and got an email confirming that my router was on its way, with tracking details to come. However, I never received the tracking number. Then, when DHL attempted delivery, I wasn't available, and they didn't leave a missed delivery slip. Yesterday, after contacting Vodafone, a representative provided me with a tracking number. I visited DHL this morning, only to find out that my package had exceeded the 7-day storage period and was returned. Now, I'm seeking guidance on how to reorder the router to my address.
