Hello team,
For the last 5 days, my modem/router (Vodafone Station TG3442DE) has been rebooting randomly at least several times each day. Already this morning between 6am and 9am it has rebooted I think 3 times. This prevents work from home, streaming, and is unacceptable.
I have tried using Tobi assistant with no success. So I think this is not a connection problem but a modem/router problem. I have tried resets, etc., with no success.
What are next steps to get a new modem/router?

i can gladly take a look at the connection 🙂 Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?
Then please let me know in the post when you have sent me the data.
