Hello, Team!
My router reboots periodically, at least once per day during business hours.
Today it rebooted 2 times.
Considering that I work from home office, this is absolutely unacceptable.
I've already created 3 tickets before, no actual result unfortunately.
Also, I've noticed that when my router reboots, the identical one in neighbouring apartment stays online,
my mobile switch to that WLAN, which means the line is OK.
I believe if the problem was with the line all routers would reboot simultaneously, but that is not the case.
Can you replace the router, please, and arrange a technician again to check the line and make sure the line is OK?

Hi, guys,
So, I've replaced the router on friday afternoon, so far looks good, 3 days without reboot.
I'll monitor a couple more days, and send the old one back by the end of the week.

still looks good, no reboots anymore, I guess we can close the ticket at this stage.
I'll mail the old router back tomorrow.
