I have opted for a cable connection , received the activation code. Registered via the website, the modem still has a blinking light red and no internet any idea what needs to be done here?
Tried contacting customer support but they only speak Deutsch , if any one can help me with an English speaking support would be helpful

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp

What did you get an activation code for? In your picture is the Vodafone Station, you just plug it in and it works. If it doesn‘t work you need to contact support and report that self-installation failed - a technician will be sent. For contact to support best use WhatsApp but keep in mind that support in English is not guaranteed:

We will need more pictures and infos to help you.
What I can tell from my side: I also got cable with Router and they said I could install it myself. Turned out it did not work and they called a technician.
Could be the case for you.
What have you tried and where. How long is it already blinking. Did you assemble everything correctly etc.
What have you received in total?
