My modem device is not working

Hello vodafone, I am using contract  *** and my modem device suddenly stopped working. It looks like the adapter is damaged as this has a burning spot. Can you please help me and ship a new instrument? I have attached a picture of the adapter for your reference. I'm looking forward to your help.

Hi Kurt, Honestly the forum is the best way for international people to reach with the problem in Vodafone. If your company is taking a stupid decision and stopping it without any strong reason then it is really bad. 

What If I am not using facebook and twitter? then how can I get a working device? Please confirm.
