I am a new DSL customer in Germany. The Vodafone technician connected my service on 10.10.2022 but I still have not received my Fritzbox. I called customer service and was told I have to wait until GLS sends the Fritz Box back to them. GLS claims they cannot locate the package. I need help getting to the right Vodafone customer service who can send me another FritzBox or allow me to get one at the Vodafone store in Heilbronn. My other problem is my native language is English and my Germany speaking is not very good at this time.
