Hi there,
I can't find port forwarding option on my Vodafone Station but I have seen it before.
I need to host my game server.
I hope you can help me soon.

There is no such option as you don't have a public IPv4 address -- your contract is served using DualStack-Lite operation mode (as contractually agreed upon) which does NOT include a public IPv4 address and as such doesn't allow IPv4 port forwardings (despite the fact that you are not allowed to host servers at all using private contracts).

activate bridge mode in "Mein Vodafone" customer portal and use your own router behind the Vodafone Station

I have the same problem, but I don‘t know whether I have DualStack-lite. Where can I see it?
@RobertP do you know whether I can connect a pfsense device such as Protectli Vault instead of a router in bridge mode?

Does it mean that I need another router? And maybe to the previous question: do I need to connect a „normal“ router or is it possible to connect a firewall hardware in bridge mode?

you don't need anything else,
connect your Protectli Vault with pfSense to Vodafone Station in bridge mode to port LAN1
