Fritzbox 6660 Aktivierungscode

Vodafone sent me the fritzbox 6660 today to replace my Vodafone station. I plugged it in and set it up, but I don't have internet.

After connecting I am redirected to 

Kabelmodemaktievieren.vodafone.de/login

There I am asked for my customer number and activation code.

Which activation code? I never received it. I have no email, nothing in my account. Just copies of the same letter asking me to return the other router.

I called the hotline, which took over 30 minutes, but I didn't get a clear answer as to what was going to happen. Why couldn't they just give me the activation code over the phone or attach it to my account like all the other letters?

Help I'm without internet now, but I desperately need it to study daily. Every day lost is a big loss of progress, I can't keep going like this.

An activation code is not required for a rental router.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.

ok, danke für die Antwort. Aber was muss ich tun? Ich hatte gestern Internet mit dem Vodafone-Station, die Fritzbox kam, ich habe sie angeschlossen und jetzt bin ich wegen dieser Seite ohne Internet. Ich mache mir Sorgen, weil meine Ferien jeweils samstags für 10 Tage beginnen und ich die ganze Zeit über lernen wollte, aber ohne Internet kann ich buchstäblich nichts tun.

Vodafone hat mir ein Ticket geöffnet, ohne zu erklären, was passieren wird, aber ich mache mir Sorgen, dass sie es einfach liegen lassen.

Da kannst du selber gar nichts machen. Vodafone muss da die Mac Adresse freischalten.
