Hi,
I am a new client of Vodafone and the router doesn't connect even if everything is active and registered. Yesterday I got a SMS with the appointment for the technician coming over but is during my working hours. I have been calling the phone number of the company to change the appointment but nobody answers nor called back. I would like to get some help to change the date.
