How can I stop the cancellation of my mother's home phone and internet service. Originally, we requested that the contract should be terminated on the 1st of December 2021, but now would like to continue the existing contract as is. The kundennummer is XXX.
Thank you and hope that somebody from customer service can cancel the contract termination request.

Hello @AngelaJ actually that take Time till a Moderator can work at this Thread. If you want have it faster, please try to call Customer Service by Phone. If u get a Person of Customer Service, ask about someone which can talk to you in English. I guess you understand German Language. The Menu about Phone Service is only in German Language.
