Hello, I received my invoice for the last month and saw that the price of my 250mbps plan has been increased from 39.99 to 45.00 eur. I would like to cancel my contract and therefore I would like to receive support in this regard as I could not find a suitable channel to cancel my contract and the customer support was also on German, which is a problem for me as I only speak English.

I want to cancel my contract and hence would like to receive support regarding it as I could not find any proper channel to cancel my contract and the customer care was also in german, which is a problem for me as I speak only English.
