Hi,
I got and plugged in the Vodafone Kabel internet box on the 30th March 2022 and I could start using the internet right away.
The next day, I got a call from the Vodafone that a technician would come to my place to check the internet connection. I hadn't reported any problems and it was strange that the technician was coming to my place.
Anyway, the guy,came the next day but he couldn't speak English. He tested the coaxial cable plugin socket in the wall and then went downstairs toe hack into the internet box in the cellar. He told me something in German, which I couldn't understand but I lost the internet right after that. This is already 20 days back and I dont have Internet ever since.
I have called the Vodafone technical support numerous times, but since they dont speak English, I couldn't understand the actual nature of the problem. Also, in the raised tickets, I could see thrice about the technician house visit but no one ever showed up.
I am practically living without internet for three weeks.
During this time, I got a new router but it didn't solved the problem either.
I am extremely fed up with the non-existent Vodafone support.
So unless I am paid visit by a technician at home very soon who actually solves the issue, I would like to cancel my contract.
