Dear Vodafon Community,
I am going to move to a new flat in about 3 months, thing is that my current vodafone DSL contract is for up to 250 Mbps, and after checking the availability of the new flat, there is only one option Available (16 Mbps) which is far less of my current speed and I need at least 250 Mbps Internet, what can I do in this case?, is cancelling the contract a possibility?

Hi Albert,
sorry to hear, that you can't have the same bandwidth in your new flat. In that case we can cancel your contract with special right. However, we reserve the right to make a compensation payment of the monthly basic prices.

yes, it's very unfortunate as I wanted to continue working with Vodafone, is it possible for me to send you a private message so you can check better if there is availability for the area to which I am moving to?, I was told by my new landlord that the installation is compatible with glasfaser for Vodafone and Deutsche Telekom, if that's a possibility I would be happy to switch over to glasfaser.

Hi Albert,
no problem, you can send me a private message with your customer number, name and birth date of the contract owner and the old and new address. If there's a possibility to switch to FTTx, of course we will realise that.
