Hi, I moved to a new apartment and worked with Vodafone shop to get a new Cable contract for the new home and cancel the old DSL contract as of 29th Feb. I can see that the old contract is still active. please can you help. Also I would need details to return the old modem.

I went to the store and rechecked, they helped with return of the Modem, But i can see still my old contract is active and i am paying for it. None of the contact channels are of any help
