DHL Shipment Return

Hello,

I recently order Vodafone DSL and the router was sent to the closest DHL Packstation. Due to unknown reasons, Packstation did not accept the router (maybe it is not functioning) and the router has now been returned. 
Can you please change the delivery address to my home address so that I receive it directly? I can send further details on personal message.

PS - I have already tried contacting the customer care but lack of German skills led to no result.
