I have in May requested via phone termination of my DSL contract.
Since I have yesterday received another request for payment, could you pls confirm that the DSL contract is terminated ? and what are next steps ?
You cannot cancel via Telephone - you need to send a written cancellation notice.
And you'll have to stick to the notice periods and contractual terms - there's no immediate cancellation possible.
inform your customer support that they can not perfrom cancellations.

That's what I did and they were quick to respond.
Just let them know your Customernumber (Kundennummer) and why you want to cancel your contract.
Did you recieve a cancellation confirmation via letter or mail?
Then it may be perfectly fine recieving more bills till the cancellation date.
If you have a dsl contract, there is no direct mail adress.

I have already sent the termination request in May but never received any mail confirmation
also talking to your colleague on the phone, he mentioned that I will receive a mail confirmation and nothing happened
I have sent yesterday email to firstname.lastname@example.org, but so far no reply as well
