I called customer service to cancel my contract with a 1-month notice period as per termination clause in the contract. However, the customer care representative sent me an email in German and asked me to click the red button to confirm my request. I later realized he had sent me a request to renew the contract. I am struggling to get any help from Vodafone and really dont know what to do.
What can I do?
