Hi,
I signed up for DSL internet package with vodafone last month but today when the Telekom technician came to set up the internet, he told me that my apartment has Kabel internet not DSL. In the whole building, my apartment is the only one that has Kabel internet.
Before signing up for DSL, I checked many times with Vodafone, Telekom, and other services what kind of internet my apartment has and it always says that I can only have DSL in my address. I don't have TAE Dose in my apartment and only Multimedia Dose.
I went to Vodafone shop to change my contract from DSL to Kabel and to get order new router but people there said I am not allowed to change my contract from DSL to Kabel because my address doesn't offer Kabel internet. I told him that my apartment is renovated and is the only one apartment that has Kabel internet. He said he cannot do anything.
I really need to change the contract and get the new router. Can anyone help?

What does the availability query on the Vodafone Homepage say? If your landlord has not given the regionally responsible Vodafone cable company a multimedia license, you cannot book internet via the TV cable.
