high ping at night

i lived in kassel, and since 2 months i've been experiencing some high ping about 100 to 120 at 9 pm. the internet speed slows down to half from usual speed around 50 mbps to 22 mbps. it's been hard playing fps games which required low ping. i would be thankful if anyone can help me on this.

I have the same problem. 188.111.215.118 is the exchange point of Vodafone and Telekom, this is were the problem occours for all of us. It also has a packet loss of around 35%.

Vodafone already answered me. They won't help since there is no agreement with latency limits in the contract. Just call the hotline the forum support refuses to help.
