Hello,
Its been a month that I have been using Vodafone internet but I am really unhappy with it.
The wifi keeps on disconnecting automatically and it is very frustrating in between the calls because I work from home.
I have tried to explain my problem to customer care but with my broken german and 0 response from the customer service, the problem still exists.
I need help ASAP.

the connection seems to be good, so it is possible that the router itself is the problem. I'd like to replace it for free, okay?

You can see the picture, I want the router to fit there as well so that the router is not lying on the floor.

the new modem will be sent soon. You can replace it yourself. Please send the old modem back within 14 days with the included return-paper.
You know, that the WiFi will be horrible, when you place it in a metal-case?
There should be sockets in your flat. Place it in the room, where you use the WiFi most.
