Hi,
i have a easybox as modem for my home cable inetrnet, my modem restarts more than 10 times a day and this matter has become a terrible issue in my house because after each restart it takes 5 to 10 min to become online ( as my childeren have online traning this matter is causing them trouble ) , i called vodafone and told my problem to them and they just restarted my system from center and it didnt help, i sent them several emails and they told me go to froum and ask for help in there , i asked to change my router but they didnt answer to my request . Please some one tell me , what should i do in here , i have come from USA to Hamburg and really dont know what to do, please advise

Hi Kingshahi,
what kind of internet connection do you use exactly?
Does it work via the telephone socket or via the cable socket / antenna socket in the wall?
The Easybox is only suitable for the DSL connection, so I have to ask again exactly.

Hi Martin,
i am so happy that finaly some one answerd my question , my cable is connected with antena soket , today i did my best and called the help center of Vodafone and told them about my problem in English , the lady who answerd my call was so gentel and good and could speak english easily but told me that she is not allowed to talke to me in English and i have to descibe my situation in froum, anyway i just need to chang my device ( modem ) because when i use another modem (fritz Box ) and setup it it works perfectly , please help me and tell me how i can change my modem , i have recently come to germay from usa and really don know what to do actully because still i can no speak german languae , so please help me my friend .

unfortunately we still don't know what device you use. You may send a photo, but please make sure to edit the MAC address and serial number.
