Very slow internet

Hi, pardon me but I just arrive in Germany and I can only express my issue in English now.

My internet download speed is average 1-2 Mbps and my upload is more than 40. As you can see I have no choice to post this here at 2 AM morning because I need this for work and I tried Google translating your website and forum but it did not help me.

Please advise.

Can anyone help? The internet is really very slow and I’ve tried calling but I couldn’t much help because I don’t speak German.

In order to open a technical ticket I need you to do at least 3 speedchecks.

- tests during different daytimes and on different days

- all tests via LAN cable, do not use WIFI, please

- no paralellel downloads, streams, IPTV etc.

- no (powerline-) adapters, extensions etc.

I also need your name, your customer number, your customer password and a mobile phone number.
