Very slow internet speed.

Hi All,

Since yesterday I am having a lot of problem with internet speed.

Today it is even worst.

I have 50 mbps internet and the speed I am getting is 4 mbps.

Can you please help me with esolving the issue as soon as possible because 4mbps is very slow and I need 50mbps thats why i bought 50mbps plan and not 16.

please do speedchecks always via LAN cable.

The quality of your WIFI can vary a lot due to external influences like electronic devices or the WIFI of your neighbours.

I had tried with LAN as well.

But today again the speed are normal.

Can I upgrade my plan to 100mbps?

I had always wanted 100mbps but when I applied for DSL there was no 100mbps plan for my area.

But now we have 100 mbps and I would like to upgrade my lan to 100mbps.

Yesterday also the internet speed was too slow. This happens frequently. Yesterday I checked with LAN as well and the speed was 10mbps sometimes it dropped to 2mbps. 

Can you please help me with the problem.

if the bandwidth is too low regurlarly please do a at least 3 speedchecks here: http://www.speedcheck.vodafone.de on 3 different days during different daytimes and note the ticket numbers.

- Connection via LAN cable

- No parallel downloads, streams, IPTV etc.

- No (powerline-) adapters or extension cables

Edit: Please do not post any IDs.

Even though here it is showing 17mbps i do not believe its 17 mbps because when i check on other speed test sites its showing 2-10mbps and i really do not understand how only vodaphone sites show 17mbps.

The sites also take ages to load so it can not be 17mbps at all.

This problem i am havinf frequestly and its the third time now i show you.

the first two ok were not on your site but i was facing the same problem and i do not have time everytime to sit down and connect to a LAN cable. 

Everyweek randomly i get slow speed and this happens many time.

Please help me.

yeah here its shpws 6mbps which might be correct from 1mbs to 6 mbps and my plan is 50 mbps which is no where near.
