Dear Support,
I apologise for writing in english but my german is not good enough to explain my problem.
My 1000 Mb Kabel connection is not working properly for over 3 months (very unstable ping - varies between 20 miliseconds to 1000 miliseconds). I am working from home, and I am unable to do video calls with my collegaues due to the unstable connection. The internet connection either just freezes at times, and keeps getting disconnected.
That is an urgency for me as it is affecting my work.
I had also raised a complaint with your customer service and visited 2 vodafone centres, but this problem remains unsolved.
If this cannot be fixed, please let me know. In that case, I would like to cancel my contract and move to some other provider.

Hi Wallace,
July is already over but the vodafone netwrok is still terrible. We cant do even a single video call without the connection bering unstable. It is really affecting my office calls now. I would like to cancel my contract. Can you please let me know how to cancel my contract? I have tried calling your customer care multiple times, but they only talk in german and i am not able to explain them my concern,

Hi Anshum,
no problem, we can help you with that.
Unfortunately the expansion in the cable network will at last until the end of year. We can offer you a switch to DSL. The maximum speed here is 250 MBit/s.

Thanks for your reply.
We are interested to switch to DSL if you confirm that there are no network issues on DSL network in our area.
Also please let us know: (1) process to transfer to DSL (2) monthly charges for 250 mbps DSL connection, and (3) will a new contract be signed and for what duration?

Please reply to my private massage. Our Vodafone Kabel connection has become so bad since past 1 week that I am not able to do any call - video or voice. I just cannot work from home anymore due to this poor connection.
And you all take so much time to resolve my problem.
You had recommended me to switch to DSL due to these issues in mid August, and till now you havent really made this switch. Can we not progress on it quickly?
I have been saying that please arrange a phone call so that we can find a solution quickly, but you are not even helping with that. This is really disappointing.
