Unstable internet connection, continuously disconnecting and reconnecting

I saw there was some posting guidelines for "Disruption of cable internet services", so I've used that format below ...

 

  • Which  contract  do you have?   Internet & Phone Cable 32
  • Which  modem / router  do you use? Vodafone Station WiFi cable router (Technicolor)   
  • Do you use a  loaner device  from us or do you have your  own device? Loaner device, see above.   
  • What is the  error? Modem regularly disconnects, device is new and only installed a few weeks ago   
  • How is your terminal connected with the modem  ?   The LAN is fine and working as expected. I have a Mikrotik router and UniFI wifi setup working without issue. The modem is configured in Bridge mode currently, but these problems also existed when in normal / non-bridged mode as well.
  • Start  and  period of  the disturbance? Started sometime on the week of Nov 23rd, problems occur at all times of day; morning, during the day, evening, nights.
  • In which state do you live?   Berlin

I've also attached a screenshot of the routers firmware details.

 

Hoping someone can help and take a look at this for me, the device was only installed on Nov 12th, as a replacement for the previous modem which had apparently lasted almost 10-years without issue  ¯ \ _ (ツ) _ / ¯
