Hello, my DSL connection stopped working this morning and didn't came back. 1st time it happened after 5 years, contract is running fine, no billing issue.
The internet LED light is flashing green, and already tried disconnecting/reconnecting power many times. I talked to 1st level of support on this number 0800-5054484 but he asked me to call 2nd level of support on this number 0800 172 1212. Unfortunately no operator on this number was able to speak English, I tried several operators. Can any English speaking operator get my case ?

I'm sorry that your landline stopped working.
The 0800 172 1212 is the correct hotline, sadly there is no dedicated english speaking hotline.
Most agents should be able to handle a call nevertheless.
Feel free to send me a private message with your dslcustomernumber & mobilernumber.
Did you try resetting the router to factorydefaults & reconfigure it with the modeminstallationcode?
