My cable internet service is not working

My cable internet service is not working from 10 Dec 2023. I definitely tried

1. Disconnecting the router cable and reconnecting the cable again. 

2. Restarting the router multiple times

I do home office and it really made troubles.

I coudlnt reach any technicians .

please help me fix this.
