Who do I contact to determine why the technician didn’t come out to turn on my Internet. I scheduled this appointment 2 weeks ago, took 1/2 day off work and the technician didn’t show up. It’s funny Vodafone warned me that if I wasn’t here when the technician showed up they would charge a €50 reschedule fee. Now, do I get €50. Or can I cancel my contract since they failed the terms of the contract. Any help is much appreciated.
