Technican didn’t show to turn on Internet

Who do I contact to determine why the technician didn’t come out to turn on my Internet. I scheduled this appointment 2 weeks ago, took 1/2 day off work and the technician didn’t show up. It’s funny Vodafone warned me that if I wasn’t here when the technician showed up they would charge a €50 reschedule fee. Now, do I get €50. Or can I cancel my contract since they failed the terms of the contract. Any help is much appreciated.

did the technician call you for another appointment? Or can you make this?

But why do you need a technician?
