Every single evening internet speed is going down from 200Mbps to 3Mbps. This is unnacetable.

Please check what is wrong and fix it as soon as possible.

does the speed get better later in the night? Did you test both WiFi and ethernet? To check your access, I will need your address, date of birth and customer number. Send them in a private message and answer here in this thread.
