Slow VPN

I have cable home internet 1000 Mbps. It works just fine and get download rates at up to 100 MBps sometimes

The problem is when I use VPN (company network), the connection is slow and I can only download or transfer at ~ 300K Bps, given that my company's VPN is way faster.

This happens to me as well. The speed drops drastically when I connect to my company's VPN. Already talked to them and it seems like there are no issues on their end.
